RO ANTISCALANT CHEMICALS
Antiscalants are a family of chemical designed to inhibit the formation and precipitation of crystallized mineral salts that form scale.OCH Antiscalants are highly effective in controlling the deposit of inorganic scale foaming salts and particulate fouling on membrane surfaces. Use of our OCH Antiscalants save money by protecting expensive membranes, reduces use of acid for cleaning, high recovery rate, reduce energy cost, save downtime in frequent membrane cleanings. Our OCH Antiscalants is cost effective and prevent mineral scaling of your membranes.
ANTISCALANT/ANTIFOULANT – OCH 901

OCH 901 is an excellent multifunctional antiscalant/antifoulant for use in reverse osmosis, and nanofiltration. It inhibits the formation and growth of silica, calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, strontium sulphate, barium sulphate, calcium fluorides and metal oxides scales. It minimises or eliminates acid feed for scale control, also disperses metal ions and colloids thus improving system efficiency
Features:
Suitable for Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nano- Filtration (NF) membranes
Compatible with all polyamide membranes
Minimizes scaling and reduces the frequency of membrane cleaning
Will reduce and usually replace the need for acid addition
Allows high recovery rates
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:-
pH as such : <2
Specific Gravity : 1.10 to 1.20
Appearance : pale yellow
Water solubility : Complete
